As the 4th limb of yoga, the correct practice assists in regulation of the breath and as a result…Prana.
Prana is the vital force. It is prana that animates all of life.
By learning to control prana, we are able to control our mind as the thoughts in our mind are generated & moved by the pranic forces in our body.
The practice of pranayama is the process of regulating & exercising direct control over the subtle prana & pranic movements inside the body.
In a refined state it removes impurities in the body both physical & energetic.
By the practice of exercising control over the prana & breath, you are increasingly able to

- Control your mind and thoughts, so you stop letting your mind & thoughts create anxiety & disharmony.

Starting November 12th, I am hosting a 2 week intensive which will deepdive into the art & science of pranayama. This is a “theory & practice,” intensive which will be held life with lecture and guided practice & questions.

By the end of our two week intensive you will:

Format
- (3) Live 75 minute lecture sessions with 15 mins of practice - Tuesdays & Thursdays
- (3) Live practice sessions with Q&A - Wednesdays
- Private telegram channel for length of intensive
- Total time 6.5 - 8 hours across all sessions
- all sessions will be recorded and uploaded after class for review in case you miss one :)
